Flipper-TR® is a fluorescent probe that specifically targets the plasma membrane of cells and reports membrane tension changes through its fluorescence lifetime changes. It is the most advanced member of the Flipper probes family2,3), which sense changes of the organization of lipid bilayer membranes through changes of the twist angle and polarization between the two twisted dithienothiophenes of the mechanophore. Flipper-TR® spontaneously inserts into the plasma membrane of cells and is only fluorescent when inserted in a lipid membrane. It has a broad absorption and emission spectrum, excitation can be commonly performed with a 488nm laser, while emission is collected between 575 and 625nm. Probe quantity allows 50 – 200 staining experiments

SPY555-actin is a bright & non toxic live and fixed cells F-actin stain based on SPY™ dyes series. Its optimized structure allows quick labeling of F-actin in live & fixed cells with high specificity and very low background. SPY555-actin stains F-actin of live or fixed cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. Its absorbance and emission are similar to tetramethylrhodamine (TMR). SPY555-actin enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY595, SPY650, SPY700, SiR & GFP. SPY555-actin can be imaged with standard TMR or Cy3 filtersets. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living or fixed cells and tissue.

SPY555-tubulin is a bright & non toxic live cell microtubule stain based on SPY™ dyes series. Its optimized structure allows quick labeling of microtubules in live cells with high specificity and very low background. SPY555-tubulin stains microtubules in live cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. Its absorbance and emission spectra are similar to tetramethylrhodamine (TMR). SPY555-tubulin enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY595, SPY650, SPY700, SiR and GFP. SPY555-tubulin can be imaged with standard TMR or Cy3 filtersets. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living cells and tissue.

SPY650-DNA is a bright, photostable, far-red & non toxic live cell nuclear stain based on our SPYTM dyes series. Its optimized structure allows quick labeling of DNA in live & fixed cells with high specificity and very low background. SPY650-DNA stains the nuclei of live or fixed cells without the need for genetic manipulation or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. Its emission in the far red minimizes phototoxicity and sample autofluorescence. SPY650-DNA enables multicolor imaging with SPY505, SPY555, SPY595, SPY700, GFP or m-cherry. SPY650-DNA can be imaged with standard Cy5 filtersets. It can be used for widefield, confocal, SIM or STED imaging in living or fixed cells and tissue. Probe quantity allows 100 staining experiments.

SPY650-FastAct™ is a bright, far red, fluorogenic & non toxic F-actin stain based on SPY™ dyes series. Its optimized structure allows to label F-actin in live cells with high specificity and low background. The unique and unmatched feature of SPY650-FastAct™ is its ability to label very dynamic actin, like LifeAct™* but the probe does not require any genetic manipulation, transfection or overexpression of fluorescent proteins. SPY650-FastAct™ is based on our bright, photostable & far red SPY650 fluorophore which is far superior than fluorescent proteins.
