Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein S1 subunit, encompassing amino acids 16-685. This protein corresponds to SARS-CoV-2 Variant B.1.617.2.1 also known as variant Delta Plus originally identified in India, and contains mutations T19R, G142D, R158G, L452R, K417N, T478K D614G and P681R as well as deletion E156/F157. It was constructed with a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a His-tag (6xHis). The protein was affinity purified. 

Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein, RBD (Receptor Binding Domain) encompassing amino acids 319-541. This protein corresponds to SARS-CoV-2 Variant B.1.617.2.1 also known as variant Delta Plus originally identified in India, and contains RBD mutations K417N, L452R and T478K. The construct contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a His-tag (6xHis). The protein was affinity purified. HiP™  indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.

Recombinant human CD36 molecule, encompassing amino acids 30-439. This construct contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a His-tag (6xHis). The recombinant protein was affinity purified.

Recombinant human CD34 molecule, encompassing amino acids 32-290. This construct contains a C-terminal Avi-Tag™ followed by a His-tag (6xHis). The protein was affinity purified. HiP™ indicates a high purity protein (≥90% pure) and less than 10% aggregation as measured by gel filtration.

Recombinant human IGF1 Receptor (insulin like growth factor 1 receptor) encompassing amino acids 960-1367 (end), containing the tyrosine kinase domain . This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.

Human LIGHT, also known as TNFSF14, HVEM-L, and LT-y, GenBank Accession No. NM_003807, a.a. 72-240(end) with an N-terminal His-tag and C-terminal Avi-tag, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag™ technology. Biotinylation is confirmed to be ≥90%. MW=23 kDa. This protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.
